We are committed to providing a smooth and stress-free delivery experience.

Balloon Bouquet Deliveries

Customers may select one of the following delivery windows:

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

To ensure efficient routing, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within the selected delivery window. Traffic, weather conditions, and previous deliveries may occasionally affect arrival times. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Balloon Pick-Up

If you choose to pick up your balloon bouquet, please arrive with a clean vehicle that has enough space for your order.

For best results:

• Keep your vehicle's air conditioning on.

• Avoid placing balloons near sharp or rough surfaces.

• Do not place heavy objects on top of the balloons.

• Transport balloons directly to your destination whenever possible.

Once your balloons leave our care, their condition becomes the customer's responsibility.

Event Setup

Every installation is unique.

Depending on the size and complexity of your décor, our team typically requires between 1 and 2 hours to complete the installation.

Please keep this installation window in mind when selecting your event start time.

To ensure the best experience, please make sure:

• The setup area is clean and ready before our arrival.

• Easy access to the event location is available.

• Nearby parking is available for unloading equipment.

• Electrical outlets are accessible if required for your selected décor.

• Any venue restrictions or loading instructions are communicated before the event date.

This preparation allows our team to complete your installation safely, efficiently, and with the attention to detail your celebration deserves.

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon décor is beautiful but naturally affected by weather conditions.

Factors such as:

• Wind

• Rain

• Direct sunlight

• High temperatures

• Humidity

may affect balloon appearance and longevity.

If weather conditions are unsafe or heavy rain is expected on the day of your event, Sweet Party Texas reserves the right to relocate the installation to a covered or protected area in order to preserve the décor and ensure the safety of our team.

Our priority is to deliver the highest quality installation possible while protecting both your investment and our equipment.

Rental Items & Décor Equipment

All rental items provided as part of your décor—including backdrops, pedestal stands, tables, frames, and other decorative equipment—remain the property of Sweet Party Texas unless otherwise specified.

Rental items must remain in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Please inspect all décor and rental items upon delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any concerns.

The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, stains, excessive dirt, breakage, or damage that occurs while the items are at the event.

Any damaged or missing equipment may result in additional repair or replacement charges based on the current replacement value.

Personalized items created specifically for your event are yours to keep unless otherwise stated.

To help us provide a successful installation, the customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate event information before delivery.

• Ensure access to the venue at the scheduled installation time.

• Inform us of any venue restrictions before the event.

• Notify us promptly if any event details change after booking.
