Shipping Policy
We do not have a fixed delivery time. You only have to choose if you want the morning shift from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, we cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, it would be at the corresponding time that you have chosen. (if you want to indicate relevant information regarding the delivery, please notify me to reach an agreement)
No tenemos hora fija de entrega. Solo debe elegir si desea el turno de la mañana desde las 10.00am hasta las 5.00pm, no podemos indicar un estimado de hora de entrega, seria en el horario correspondiente que usted haya elegido. (si desea indicar una información relevante con respecto a la entrega, por favor notificarme para llegar a un acuerdo)

Props Rental
All our props for rent will be delivered in the best conditions for use, please verify the state before leaving with the furniture, since they will not be accepted returned in poor condition, broken, beaten or with any other damage.

Sweet Balloons
If it is your choice to remove the Bouquet or decoration in our store, take into consideration that our products are large, volume and delicate, they must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle to move it. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your Bouquet or decoration may reach you.
Helium latex balloons last approx. of 8 hours, we guarantee its durability of 48 hours or more. The microfoil or metallic balloons will aprox than 7 days, depending on the weather conditions and treatment.
Props Rental
Todos nuestros props para renta se entregaran en la mejores condiciones para su uso, por favor verificar el estado antes de retirarse con el mobiliario, ya que no se aceptaran devueltos en mal estado, rotos, golpeados o con cualquier otro daño.

Nuestros Sweet Balloons
Si es de su elección retirar el Bouquet o decoración en nuestra tienda, tome en consideración que nuestros productos son de gran tamaño, volumen y delicados, deben tener un vehículo adecuado y desocupado para trasladarlo. No nos hacemos responsables por la manipulación y resultado final en que le pueda llegar su Bouquet o decoración.
Los globos de latex con helio tienen una duración aprox. de 8 horas, nosotros garantizamos su durabilidad de 48 hrs o más. Los globos de microfoil o metalizados durarán aprox 7 días, dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas y trato.
Return & Exchange Policy
Payments & Security Deposit
100% of the prop rental amount is required to secure your event date unless agreed otherwise.
If the customer cancels the order more than 24 hours after confirmation, Sweet Party Store Corp will retain the deposit & customer is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from when the original order was placed.
Liability
Customer is responsible in providing a one day insurance if venue requires.
Customer is responsible for the safety and reliability of the event venue and its furnishings. Customer is also responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to Sweet Party Store Corp. employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by Sweet Party Store Corp.
Damage and Loss
In the event that equipment provided by Sweet Party Store Corp. is damaged or lost due to the actions of event attendees or of staff not employed by Sweet Party Store Corp. Customer agrees to pay for all repair or replacement up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping and handling.
Please be advised, any damage to Props will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.
Sweet Party Store Corp can not control the weather. This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:
Damage caused by Wind / Water / Extreme heat or cold
Damage from moving props that are to remain stationary
Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after the conclusion of the event. All visible damage will be photographed on-site whenever possible.
Sweet Party Store Corp will provide a documented damage/loss report with costs included within 3 days after the event. Customer must pay for the damage or loss upon receipt report Sweet Party Store Corp.
Sweet Party Store Corp has the right to refuse business to anyone
Privacy Disclosure Notice
Any information collected from our users will not be sold, shared, or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this privacy statement.
Customer Responsibility
Customer will provide access to the venue for two hours before the event start time and two hours for pick up after the conclusion of the event to allow Sweet Party Store Corp. to set up and to remove prop rentals and decorations.
Access must include vehicle parking near the venue entrance. Any events that are rescheduled due to unforeseen weather conditions will receive full credit for a future order with a $50 rebooking fee.
Please give 2 weeks prior notice when rescheduling your date. Customer will provide adequate electrical power to meet the needs for any prop rentals or equipment.
